Connecting a USB Power Bank runs my device no problem.

I have now tried to connect 2 usb power banks in series. But every now and then the UPS will shutdown my RPi. Checking the logs I see it has shutdown because the Vin is too low. As I understand it the UPS has a stepup. So my question is what is the lowest Vin that can be used and is there a setting to adjust it safely?

How do you connect 2 USB power banks in serial? There is only one USB-C connector on the board.
