Hi.

I don't get any i2c connection with my zero2go omini rev 2.

I run i2cdetect, and it shows nothing.. only -- on every adress.

I have powered it trough the usb-c port, and the button works, but without i2c i cant get into the zero2go software to set my preferred parameters, like power up when it gets power.

Any suggestions?

@admin as you can see, the pins are not all the way trough the header on the omini. (No screws and nuts on the pictures, because it was just for the picture)

@arnen87 now I understand what you mean.

That included 4mm plastic spacer worked well when we tested it (on a Raspberry Pi Zero with 40-pin header soldered by us). It seems the Raspberry Pi Zero WH comes with a little bit shorter pin header.

Maybe using 3mm plastic spacer would be better. However this should be considered as an improvement, because those "WH" models are not official Raspberry Pi models.

Changing Zero2Go's header height would not help, because it is on the other side of the PCB.

In your case, you may remove the plastic spacers aside the header, or replace them with shorter tubes, which allow you to press it further and make better connection.

@admin 👌🏻🙈

It works for one of the setups, but the other omini isn't communicating🤔 ( and makes the i2c on the zero very slow🤔)
