is it possible to change the Vivid Unit - Logo of the Boot-Screen? If yes, what do I have to do?

Yes, it is possible. You will need to recompile the kernel to achieve this.

You may replace the logo.bmp and logo_kernel.bmp files in the kernel source code, and recompile the kernel.
