Hello, I have bought a witty pi 3 mini for my raspberry 4. I think it doesn't work right. The problem is that sometimes it works but many times the raspberry doesn't start (pressing the button), the white led stays on in the witty, and the two leds stays on in the raspberry (green and red) but nothing in the screen. I've tried different power supplies for the Witty (without connecting the power supply of the raspberry) but it doesn't work, the last power supply outputs 5V and 2,4A. The installation worked properly the first time, I2C is enabled, and I don't know what more I can do. Please, can you help me? Thanks!
One more thing! When it works, the raspberry says "voltage low" but after another message appear saying it has been stabilized.
If you see the red LED on Raspberry Pi lighted up, it measn Witty Pi 3 Mini already powered your Raspberry Pi, and if the voltage it provided to Raspberry Pi is whithin the right range (4.75V~5.25V), then it has done what it should do. You may use a voltage meter to measure the voltage between +5V and GND pin in the GPIO header, to confirm what voltage is actually applied to your Raspberry Pi.
If your Raspberry Pi doesn't boot (or gets stuck somewhere during the boot) while the voltage applied on it is correct, then there is nothing Witty Pi can do. Your best bet is to connect a display to your Raspberry Pi and see what actually happened in such case.
Thanks! The problem was that I tried to use different power supplies to the Witty module, but all of them produced "low voltage" issues. Finally I can use one of Raspberry brand so it's ok now.
