Hello everyone,
today i got my Witty Pi 4 mini.
when I connected the USB C cable, the white light D3 blinks, but when I press the button, it won't turn on.

The red light D1 also lights up very weakly, but it still does not start.
What should I do.

Best regards
Aleksandar

Please check if it is the same issue with this one.

Hallo, ich habe es mit einem 10uF-Kondensator versucht, aber ohne Erfolg. Witty Pi bootet immer noch nicht. Was als nächstes?

@lukic79

Please read the forum rules, if you have not done so yet. Please write in English, you may use Google/AI translated English content too. Also we only discuss technical topic about UUGear products, and not receiving email from us has nothing to do with UUGear products.

If you have a voltmeter or multimeter, you can confirm the actual voltage that feeds to your Witty Pi 4 Mini, by measuring the voltage between 5V and GND in the unpopulated header P2. It should be a voltage between 4.75V and 5.25V.

Also you can measure the output voltage at the GPIO header, after tapping the power button.

Between 5V and GND in the header P2 I have as you can see in the picture 5.13V.
On the exits when I press the button nothing.
What did I see now?
When I click the button several times fast, it turns on. Then I have 3.3V and 5V on the GPIO, but when I turned it off, it won't turn on normally with one click of the button.
Fast a few times again and it turns on.
Every time the red light blinks very weakly and then when it turns on it shines normally.
I think it's not right and it's not normal.

Picture again. She didn't go because of her size.

Do you mean it blinks very briefly? That it only lights up for very, very short moment (maybe also doesn't reach its normal brightness).

the red light blinks very weakly

If it is the case, it is very likely to be the same issue with this one. Which means the MCU gets reset when you tap the button, details can be seen here.

I know you already added the capacitor, but this issue could happen even on the latest revision C (which already added that capactior), when the eniroment has electromagnetic interference or the power supply itself is "noisy".

You may try a different power supply and see how it goes.
