Warranty Policy
Dear customers, thanks for your interest in the products and services from Dun Cat B.V. (UUGear is a trade name of Dun Cat B.V.).
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from Dun Cat B.V. (the “Physical Goods”).
This Limited Warranty is part of our Terms and Conditions.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Dun Cat B.V. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Dun Cat B.V. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Dun Cat B.V. will cover the shipping fee to send the repaired product or replacement to you. While the shipping fee for sending back the problematic products, will be covered by you.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Dun Cat B.V. is 180 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage that are not (or cannot be determined) due to defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage on fragile material (such as Acrylic, glass, plastic slice) during customer’s assembly/disassembly.
- Damage on fragile material (such as Acrylic, glass, plastic slice) caused by collision happened after the shipping.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters.
- Theft or loss of the product

Directly sending back the products without contacting us in advance will not be proceeded.
